Renovation in Perth Hills

Avon Building was asked to carry out some renovations and prepare the area for the new kitchen being supplied and installed by Access Cabinets. The kitchen was a separate room from the dining and living area and the clients asked if the dividing wall could be removed to open it up.  After some careful planning the wall was removed successfully, but as it was load bearing a post had to be installed with a beam to support the area where the wall was removed. The post was boxed out and nib wall added for improved aesthetics. A bulk head was installed above kitchen area with down lights. Painting, skirting and flooring went in and finally Access Cabinets installed the kitchen. The results are amazing and what a transformation.
